Context and Mission: Strengthening HR operations and supporting HRIS deployment

In the context of a digital transformation of HR processes, this mission aimed to ensure continuity of daily HR operations while supporting the implementation and deployment of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS) within a mid-sized construction group.
 

Challenges & Actions:

  • Provided operational support to the HR Business Partners team, offering expertise across day-to-day HR topics
  • Actively contributed to the deployment of the new HRIS, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient rollout
  • Optimized existing HR processes in preparation for digitalization, identifying organizational impacts and supporting team upskilling
  • Served as a liaison between the HR Department, IT teams, and external vendors to facilitate project communication and coordination
  • Led change management efforts, including training and onboarding of HR teams and managers to ensure proper adoption of the new system
