Position: Interim Manager – HRIS Manager – Construction Sector
Context and Mission: Strengthening HR operations and supporting HRIS deployment
In the context of a digital transformation of HR processes, this mission aimed to ensure continuity of daily HR operations while supporting the implementation and deployment of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS) within a mid-sized construction group.
Challenges & Actions:
- Provided operational support to the HR Business Partners team, offering expertise across day-to-day HR topics
- Actively contributed to the deployment of the new HRIS, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient rollout
- Optimized existing HR processes in preparation for digitalization, identifying organizational impacts and supporting team upskilling
- Served as a liaison between the HR Department, IT teams, and external vendors to facilitate project communication and coordination
- Led change management efforts, including training and onboarding of HR teams and managers to ensure proper adoption of the new system
