Position: Interim Manager – Maintenance Supervisor – Food Industry Sector
Context and Mission: Interim management following a critical leadership gap
This urgent mission was triggered by the unexpected departure of the previous team leader. The objective was to ensure continuity of operations in the workshop while structuring maintenance practices on a high-volume production site.
Challenges & Actions:
- Took over day-to-day supervision of a 20-person maintenance team, re-establishing structure and a results-oriented work environment
- Oversaw corrective maintenance on production lines, improving reliability and reducing unplanned downtime
- Planned, scheduled, and tracked preventive maintenance operations with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ensured accurate traceability of all interventions using the CMMS, emphasizing responsiveness and execution quality
- Co-led continuous improvement meetings (AIC) and engaged technicians around shared performance goals
- Reinforced compliance with QHSE standards, improving safety awareness on the shop floor
