- Reviewed the monthly budgeting process, ensuring precise adjustments and rigorous data integration within the budgeting tool
- Analyzed and adjusted operational data, ensuring consistency of volume and price indicators and identifying discrepancies to be corrected
- Contributed to the centralized review of accounts, particularly concerning expenses and year-end discounts (RFA), to ensure a reliable and consistent financial overview
- Supported the construction of the forecast by closely collaborating with operational teams to refine end-of-period estimates
- Developed monitoring and control tools by implementing advanced dashboards and consolidating data using a Business Intelligence (BI) solution
