  • Proven expertise in industrial site turnaround and restructuring
  • Significant experience leading reorganizations in medium-sized entities (65 to 200 employees)
  • Excellent command of employment law and workforce transition frameworks
  • Strategic leadership with strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bilingual in French and English; German considered a strong asset
  • Proficient in financial and HR management systems
