Context and Objectives: Turnaround of an underperforming industrial site
Faced with operational imbalances and deteriorating performance, an international group in the pharmaceutical sector appointed MANAGERIM to secure a strategic industrial recovery mission at one of its production sites located in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
Challenges & Actions:
- Led a comprehensive diagnostic of the site, including analysis of financial flows, HR structures, and internal operations
- Assessed multiple transformation scenarios to support the group’s executive decision-making
- Designed a pragmatic, high-impact restructuring plan aligned with both economic and social imperatives, and obtained approval from corporate leadership
- Oversaw the full operational implementation of the plan, ensuring alignment between key internal functions (production, HR, finance) and external stakeholders
- Coordinated transformation initiatives, ensuring effective change management and clear, consistent internal communications
- Managed potential social adjustment measures in a compliant framework, preserving social dialogue and team engagement

Profile of our MANAGERIM Interim Executive:
- Proven expertise in industrial site turnaround and restructuring
- Significant experience leading reorganizations in medium-sized entities (65 to 200 employees)
- Excellent command of employment law and workforce transition frameworks
- Strategic leadership with strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bilingual in French and English; German considered a strong asset
- Proficient in financial and HR management systems
