The missions of an interim chief restructuring officer
The Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) is an experienced executive who supports the general management of a company or entity in a period of crisis ("underperformance", "financial difficulties" or "cash flow crisis") and is in charge of the operational management of the restructuring and transformation process for an interim period (generally from 6 to 18 months).
