The missions of an interim chief restructuring officer

The Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) is an experienced executive who supports the general management of a company or entity in a period of crisis ("underperformance", "financial difficulties" or "cash flow crisis") and is in charge of the operational management of the restructuring and transformation process for an interim period (generally from 6 to 18 months).

Expert in restructuring processes (often complex), the interim "CRO" manager intervenes very rapidly and brings methods, experience, rigor and an external perspective.

He has been through similar situations (turnaround, restructuring, turnaround, safeguard plan, judicial reorganization...) and he knows the pitfalls to avoid and the key factors of success to activate.
