The missions of an interim contract manager

The contract manager is the guardian of a project's profitability thanks to the implementation of his know-how and skills in contractual matters. He/she pilots the entire life cycle of the contract in support of a project, from the bidding phase to the closing of the project.

The missions may include various responsibilities:

• Participate in the management of the project in its contractual aspect (relationship with the client, partners, internal stakeholders and subcontractors...)
• Ensure the contractualization of commitments (contract, amendments and calls for tenders, contracts with service providers, archiving and monitoring the life of contracts ...)
