As part of a strategic streamlining initiative and business realignment, a leading multichannel retail player engaged MANAGERIM to oversee a complex transnational restructuring mission involving teams based in France and the Netherlands.

Challenges & Actions:

  • Conducted a comprehensive assessment of the organizational structure and financial performance of a key department operating across multiple European sites, identifying structural gaps, HR challenges, and legal risks

  • Strategic leader with strong execution capabilities and seasoned negotiation skills
  • Full fluency in Dutch, French, English, and German
