Throughout the selection process and the execution of an assignment, our interim managers and experts are supported by a high-level contact person, a partner or member of the MANAGERIM team.
He or she is your point of contact from the first meeting to validate your profile, then to organize and prepare the first interview with the client. Once your profile has been selected by our client, the partner manages the contractual relationship with the client and regularly reviews the situation with you and the client to ensure the success and quality of the assignment.
Our team in charge of recruitment and talent management also organizes thematic events throughout the year (conferences, interviews, feedback from assignments, breakfasts, round tables, speed recruiting, etc.), which provide opportunities to have quality exchanges and sharing with our interim managers.
