The missions of a chief digital officer (CDO)

The interim CDO is an experienced manager to whom our client temporarily entrusts the digital transformation of the company or part of its activities and processes. The interim Digital Director reinforces and pilots the digital strategy in order to integrate new communication technologies with existing tools and methods.

Assignments include various responsibilities depending on the company:

• Elaboration and implementation of a global digital action plan in relation with the business, the IT department and the General Management (e.g.: mobile applications, management of the internal social network and external networks, change of IT solutions...)
