The missions of an interim legal director
The legal director's mission is to define the strategy for defending the company's interests in all legal and tax matters. He/she advises the management and operational departments on legal matters, both on projects and on litigation.
Assignments include various responsibilities:
- Provide management and legal advice to the general management: preparation of boards of directors, ordinary and extraordinary general meetings, supervisory boards, mandatory reports, minutes... in compliance with the regulations in force
