Interim Mission Opportunity : Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Manager – Retail Sector (Dubai)

Urgent Interim Assignment – Starting ASAP

Our firm is currently seeking a Supply Chain Interim Manager for one of our clients (key player in the retail sector) undergoing a major Supply Chain transformation.

  • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates - (please note : 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝)
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 3 to 6 months (potential extension)

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a full S&OP framework tailored to the company’s structure
  • Improve inventory governance, stock accuracy, and control processes
  • Build or strengthen the demand planning function and routines
  • Redesign logistics network and warehouse flows
  • Assess and structure IT-related supply chain processes (pre-ERP implementation)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, IT, operations, and commercial teams

Ideal profile:

  • Based in Dubai or recent experience in the United Arab Emirates and valid work permit required for immediate availability
  • Expertise in supply chain planning, S&OP, and demand forecasting
  • Strong experience in logistics flow redesign and network optimization
  • Hands-on leader with a track record in transformation projects (retail, lifestyle, or electronics)
  • Fluent in English, process-driven and data-oriented
  • Knowledge of ERP readiness challenges and data accuracy improvement
