- Took the lead of a 7-person team and developed their Lean & Six Sigma capabilities
- Deployed a performance management system: unified KPIs, shop-floor routines, and digital dashboards
- Mapped value streams and led Kaizen workshops to eliminate waste and stabilize processes
- Facilitated problem-solving workshops and standardized operating procedures to secure production ramp-up
- Supported change management by fostering team buy-in and strengthening cross-functional collaboration
