Context & Objectives: Interim leadership and implementation of an organizational transformation project
Following the departure of the in-house HR Director and in the midst of an internal restructuring process, a leading player in industrial services engaged MANAGERIM to take over the HR function of a subsidiary employing over 1,000 staff members.
The mission’s objective was to ensure leadership continuity, secure labor relations, and oversee the rollout of a strategic transformation initiative.
Challenges & Actions:
- Led a broad HR team (approx. 15 people), covering recruitment, training, talent development, employee relations, and personnel administration
- Structured and managed a subsidiary-wide organizational transformation project in close collaboration with general management
- Ensured labor relations stability and led negotiations with employee representative bodies (CSE, HSE committees, union delegates)
- Guaranteed compliance with labor regulations and handled complex matters (collective agreements, restructuring, litigation)
- Acted as a strategic business partner to operational teams to support site performance, change management, and leadership development
- Implemented a proactive HR management approach with reliable dashboards and shared performance metrics
