Context & Objectives: Interim leadership and implementation of an organizational transformation project

Following the departure of the in-house HR Director and in the midst of an internal restructuring process, a leading player in industrial services engaged MANAGERIM to take over the HR function of a subsidiary employing over 1,000 staff members.
The mission’s objective was to ensure leadership continuity, secure labor relations, and oversee the rollout of a strategic transformation initiative.

Challenges & Actions:

  • Led a broad HR team (approx. 15 people), covering recruitment, training, talent development, employee relations, and personnel administration
