Position: Interim Manager – Division Director – Healthcare & Social Services Sector
Context & Objectives: operational reinforcement and optimization of care delivery
In response to an urgent need for organizational stabilization, a well-established player in the healthcare and social services sector engaged MANAGERIM to provide interim management for one of its key divisions. The objective was to strengthen daily operations, improve coordination of individual care pathways, and ensure seamless service continuity in a high-demand context.
Challenges & Actions:
- Supervised a multidisciplinary team of around 20 professionals, fostering cohesion and commitment to mission delivery
- Structured admission processes in alignment with institutional expectations and beneficiary needs

Profile of our MANAGERIM Interim Manager:
- Proven experience in facility or division leadership within healthcare and social service settings (disability, youth, adult care, social reintegration, etc.)
- Strong command of regulatory frameworks and operational procedures related to the care of vulnerable populations
- Proximity leadership, operational discipline, and strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and active listening to engage teams around a shared vision
- Ability to quickly step into high-pressure environments and implement solid managerial frameworks
