Denis Laur, an engineer by training, begins his career by holding various operational positions, in particular as Head of Profit Centre in the construction and building services sector. In 2001, he participates in the creation of the company INEO, resulting from the merger of three groups of companies and becomes its Purchasing Director (Turnover of €2.5 billion, 15,000 employees, purchase portfolio of €1.4 billion).
From 2008, Denis is in charge of Purchasing for the France Systems Installations and Maintenance (FSIM) pole of the Energy Services branch of GDF SUEZ, which became ENGIE, and now EQUANS:

- International Sourcing and Category Management
- Deployment of Procurement governance
In 2018, Denis is entrusted with the Operational Efficiency Department, where he revisits the operational processes of the 25 Delegated Departments, ensuring the implementation of digital tools to improve performance through a vast data management program.
Today, Partner in the interim management company MANAGERIM, expert in organization and improvement of operational performance, Denis accompanies many clients (SMEs, medium-sized companies, investment funds and large groups) in all sectors of activity and provides them with interim managers particularly in the context of transformation projects, reinforcement of Supply Chain and Purchasing or setting up of innovative digital tools.
