In a context of accounting process optimization and transformation, this mission aimed to lead the Accounts Payable (AP) function within a Shared Services Center (SSC), driving change management while enhancing team performance and operational efficiency.

Key Challenges & Actions:

  • Managed a team of 30 staff, focusing on upskilling and embedding a culture of continuous improvement
  • Optimized AP processes to improve compliance, speed, and operational reliability
  • Led organizational change by supporting teams through the adoption of new workflows and digital tools
  • Ensured reliability and fluidity of financial flows, with rigorous monitoring of payment terms and supplier relationship quality
  • Implemented reporting tools and KPIs to closely monitor activity and drive productivity improvements
