In a context of accounting process optimization and transformation, this mission aimed to lead the Accounts Payable (AP) function within a Shared Services Center (SSC), driving change management while enhancing team performance and operational efficiency.
Key Challenges & Actions:
- Managed a team of 30 staff, focusing on upskilling and embedding a culture of continuous improvement
- Optimized AP processes to improve compliance, speed, and operational reliability
- Led organizational change by supporting teams through the adoption of new workflows and digital tools
- Ensured reliability and fluidity of financial flows, with rigorous monitoring of payment terms and supplier relationship quality
- Implemented reporting tools and KPIs to closely monitor activity and drive productivity improvements
