Context and Objectives: interim management during a post-acquisition integration phase
Amid organizational transition and strategic change driven by external growth, a key player in the services sector engaged MANAGERIM to secure a steady hand in managing employee relations. The mission aimed to ensure stability in labor relations and support the post-acquisition integration process.
Challenges & Actions:
- Integrated rapidly with the existing HR teams to maintain seamless social dialogue across the French scope
