Sébastien Baciocchini starts his career by leading a transformation project for the LAFARGE Group, then in executive training with CEGOS and in organizational consulting where he works as a partner of the STRATORG firm in the construction and utilities sectors as well as industry, particularly automotive, aeronautics and pharmaceuticals, with small and medium-sized companies and subsidiaries of large groups. In 2006, he founds DIALECTIC, a human resources consulting and permanent or temporary executive recruitment company dedicated to these sectors, then in 2009 he co-founds an interim management company which he manages and develops for almost 12 years.
Based on these experiences and in an entrepreneurial spirit, he founds MANAGERIM, a subsidiary of DIALECTIC, with his team of partners, all of whom are passionate and convinced that it is the human factor that makes the difference. MANAGERIM is dedicated to interim management and the provision of executives, managers and experts and accelerated recruitments:
- in all sectors of industry, retail and services,
- for all executive committee and middle management positions.
The MANAGERIM team is developing a new approach to interim management and expertise and is strongly committed to developing partnership relationships both with its clients (large groups, mid-Cap / medium-sized companies, SMEs, family offices, investment funds and start-ups) and its community of interim managers and experts.
Sébastien is a graduate from ESCP Europe Business School and holds a European Master of Science in Management from Oxford University and a Kaufmann Diploma in Germany.
