Rosine has 20 years of experience in the finance sector, with successful private equity, fundraising and consulting achievements for large companies and private equity funds in Europe and the Middle East.
Rosine is a director at Valpre Capital, a real estate investment and private equity company. She was previously in charge of fundraising and investor relations for a French hotel and real estate group, and advised and accompanied Family Offices and HNWI in 15 GCC countries (Gulf Cooperation Council) within Deloitte Middle East.
Rosine begins her career as a venture capitalist for a French private equity fund before co-founding a M&A and consultancy boutique focused on private SMEs and cross-border transactions in Europe.
Partner in the interim management company MANAGERIM, Rosine has a strong experience in Private Equity and monitoring of M&A or LBO operations. She participates in the selection of the best interim managers (CEO, COO, CFO, etc.) to succeed in projects of operational performance improvement of companies of all sizes.
Rosine holds a civil engineering degree from The Beirut School of Engineering (ESIB) and is a graduate of École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP Europe Business School).
