Nicolas Pratz, a graduate engineer, starts his career at Motorola where he acquires solid experience in industrial processes. He integrates a startup and participates in the concept development of a remotely managed «network box» for SMEs. He then seizes the opportunity to consolidate his experience for 3 years in a research laboratory of the NIST (National Institute of Standard Technology) in Maryland, USA.

Back in France, Nicolas turns to consulting and software development for the investment banking sector CA CIB, SG Newedge, then extends to the management of major IT services redesign programs in the banking sector for clients such as Crédit Agricole, Fortis and BNPP.

Since 2015, Nicolas supports industrial companies in the field of data flow management (Data Science, DQM, MDM) and cybersecurity. He trains, advises and structures large-scale transformation projects in the financial sector (BNPP), energy (ENGIE) and industry (Chanel, ONCF, Precia Molen) such as:

  • securing transactions returns,
  • cyber risk reduction projects,
  • redesigning and controlling the invoicing circuit,
  • training and organization of the information flow for data scientists.

Today, Partner in the interim management company MANAGERIM, Nicolas accompanies many clients (SMEs, medium-sized companies, investment funds and large groups), and particularly provides them with managers or interim experts (CEO, CDO, CTO, CIO, IT Project Manager, CISO, etc.) to lead digital transformation projects or major IT projects, secure data flows and reduce cyber risks.

Nicolas holds an engineering degree from ESIGELEC and a specialized master’s degree from Centrale Supelec in cybersecurity.
