Jean-Michel SANCHEZ, an engineer by training, starts his career at SPIE TRINDEL where he gains solid operational experience as Agency Director. He then joins the BOUYGUES group within ETDE, where he participates in the growth of the branch’s activities, now called Bouygues Energie Services.

In 2007, Jean-Michel joins the SUEZ group within INEO, which will become an integral part of the ENGIE group. There, he holds various positions from Deputy Director of the PACA region to Deputy General Manager of the Transport and Energy activities, then Deputy CEO of INEO. He becomes Director of Development of the ENGIE Group’s service entities, before supporting the creation of EQUANS as an advisor to EQUANS France’s CEO.

Throughout his professional experience, most of which is in General Management, Jean-Michel always advances with a guideline: support his clients in their development, mobilize the best talents, cultivate innovation with them and bring added value to their projects.

Jean-Michel has a strong expertise in the fields of contracting, utilities and transportation as well as in the management of large infrastructure projects (design-build, public–private partnership, etc.) in France and internationally.

Today, Partner in the interim management company MANAGERIM, Jean-Michel accompanies many clients (SMEs, Mid-Cap, investment funds and large groups) and provides them with executives, managers or interim experts to pilot transformations or lead major projects.
