Overview of a Transition Management mission led by one of our Interim Managers:
Position: Interim Manager – HSE Manager – Pharmaceutical Sector
Context and Mission: Interim leadership and compliance oversight
This mission was initiated following the unexpected departure of the HSE Manager at a certified pharmaceutical production site in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. The objective was to ensure continuity in Health, Safety, and Environment functions, enhance the maturity of the integrated management system, and align the site with emerging regulatory and ESG expectations.
Challenges & Actions:
- Took over leadership and coordination of a 10-person team dedicated to quality, safety, and environmental topics
- Steered the operational management of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring alignment with ISO and industry-specific standards (GMP, ISO 14001, etc.)
- Acted as the site’s reference point for the IMS with internal and external stakeholders, including during audits and management reviews
- Oversaw the update, simplification, and dissemination of internal procedures (procurement, risk management, quality documentation, etc.)
- Engaged teams in revising the qualification system and environmental analysis tools

Supported the deployment of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) by laying the groundwork for a robust, long-term ESG strategy

Profile of our MANAGERIM Interim Manager: - Proven experience managing integrated HSE systems in highly regulated industries (pharma, cosmetics, food processing, etc.)
- Skilled in structuring and leading multidisciplinary teams with a collaborative mindset
- Strong expertise in change management, compliance governance, and organizational maturity development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for fostering collective intelligence
- Proficient in HSE software tools (e.g. Enablon, SAP EHS) and fluent written English for professional reporting
