Dominique Kaczmarek first begins his career in project management and then in the management of operational units in the electricity and gas distribution sector, where he leads the necessary transformations to open energy markets.
As a senior executive for nearly 20 years, he heads ENGIE’s research centre, which will become one of the Group’s most important innovation and research centres, specializing in the development of products and technological solutions related to energy transition.
For more than 5 years, Dominique is been strongly involved in Business Angels networks. He brings his expertise in supporting start-ups and their strategy of financing and developing their business, improving their performance and preparing for the future. As such, he has accompanied several start-ups as a member of their strategic committee. He has also been involved in business and infrastructure projects in West Africa.
Dominique holds a strong knowledge of the fields of energy and private equity, and projects for the development of new technological offers and innovation.
Today, Partner in the interim management company MANAGERIM, Dominique accompanies many clients (start-ups, SMEs, medium-sized companies, investment funds and large groups) in all sectors of activity and provides them with interim managers to manage a transformation or conduct a specific project in France or internationally.
Dominique is a graduate of CentraleSupélec (“École Supérieure d'Électricité”) and has a specialization in Finance-Management (HEC Executive Education).
